International Shipping

PayPal allows secure payment from your bank account or PayPal credit. You could also selected to pay with your credit card.

Precautions

  • Your registered Paypal address must match your requested shipping address, if not, you have to send a mail and tell us about your correct shipping address, recipient's name,contact phone.
  • All orders are shipped by EMS. Only the Hong Kong's order shipping by SF-express.
  • Please allow 5-14 business days for flat rate basic shipping. (Not including customs checking day)
  • Please ensure someone will be available to sign for your package, otherwise your order may be returned to us.
  • If an item get out of stock before your order is processed, we'll send a mail to tell you about this issue, or you want to change to another in stock equivalent item, please send a mail let us know otherwise a refund will be automatically issued back to your credit card or PayPal account within 2 to 3 business days.

RETURN PRECAUTIONS

  • Basically is no returns on international orders,if you received an item has defective or damaged, please take a photo and send to us, we'll determine whether or not the original shipments defective or any artificial issues during the shipment.
  • if not the original shipments defective, we couldn't accept returns;But if you want to replacement the item, whether the size,color,style..etc,if the buyer want to afford the shipping back and forth cost by itself, we are willing to provide replacement item service!
  • whether you have any comments or requirements,please mail us to confirm, please let our customer service serve for you,thanks.

國際運送

PayPal允許從您的安全銀行帳戶或PayPal信用卡付款。您也可以選擇使用您的信用卡付款。

注意事項

  • 您註冊的PayPal地址必須符合您要求的寄送地址,如果不是,您必須在付款的同時, 備註告知我們您的正確寄送地址、收件人、聯絡電話
  • 所有的訂單都將使用 EMS寄送; 只有香港的訂單會使用順豐速遞寄送
  • 請同意 5-14個航運工作天寄送物品,並不包含海關檢查的工作天
  • 請確保有人會簽收你的包裹,否則您所訂購的物品可能會寄還給我們。
  • 如果物品在您訂購後有缺貨的情況,我們會寄信告知您相關問題,或者您想更換其他在庫的等值商品,請來信告知我們,否則我們將會以2到3個工作日自動退款給您的信用卡或PayPal帳戶。

退貨注意事項

  • 國際訂單基本上是無法退貨,若是收到有問題的商品,請拍照並寄給我們,我們將判斷是否為原廠出貨瑕疵或是運送過程人為的問題。
  • 若非原廠出貨瑕疵,我們無法受理退貨;但若是要換貨,無論是尺碼、顏色、款式等,只要買家自己負擔來回運費,我們願意提供換貨服務!
